🔐 SeedСoin Network uses proof-of-venture transaction validation method. What does it mean?
☝️ Proof-of-venture is similar to proof-of-stake, but instead of showing proof of SeedCoin (SEED) stake, it shows the amount of Virtu (VTU) token, the anchor cryptocurrency of SeedCoin Network staking program that is working on different blockchain, Polygon.
In proof-of-venture, staked amount isn’t locked. Every staker has their own staking wallet, so it’s possible to manage the staked amount. If this wallet's balance is reduced, they risk losing all the rewards for staking period.
🌱 For this logic, we use VTU token that controls ECO DAO, an environmentally driven decentralized autonomous organization. VTU token is based on ERC-20 network that doesn’t use proof-of-work that leads to a negative impact on the environment due to extremely high energy consumption.
💰 Proof-of-venture allows a venturer to mine new SEED coins, which will be awarded to venturers for their work.
